Amico Games Corp. to Acquire Leading Chinese Mobile Gaming Company

GUANZGHOU, CHINA — (Marketwire) — 11/30/09 — Amico Games Corp. (OTCBB: AMCG) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding share exchange agreement to acquire Galaxy Software Limited, a private Chinese company specializing in the development and distribution of multiplayer games for mobile phones.

Once closed, this acquisition will give Amico access to the revenue and profits of Galaxy as well as expanded business opportunities in the mobile gaming industry in China, the world’s largest growing mobile market.

As of the signing of the agreement with Galaxy’s parent company, Vodafun Limited, Amico has changed its business focus to developing mobile games for the Chinese market. To this end, Amico has appointed new management personnel with extensive experience in the Chinese mobile and financial industries, including some individuals from Galaxy Software. The new management consists of:

Peter Liu: President and CEO

– Also the President, CEO and founder of Galaxy, Mr. Liu has significant

experience in project management and human resources.

Wing Kuen Ha: CFO

– Mr. Ha has over 20 years of experience in auditing and advisory

services. Ha has served as an executive director, group financial

controller and company secretary for several publicly traded companies

listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Yuan Xu: Chief Operating Officer

– Mr. Xu has 14 years of experience in the Chinese telecommunications

industry including serving as general manager and CEO of

telecommunications and software companies.

Lin Zhong: Chief Technology Officer

– Mr. Zhong holds a degree in computer science and technology and is

proficient in developing multiplayer mobile games for a number of

various mobile platforms including SMS (Short Message Service), WAP

(Wireless Application Protocol) and Java(TM). Mr. Zhong is the system

analyst and project manager for most of the Galaxy Software’s mobile

games.
